- Gates will be open at 6.00am and all vehicles must be removed from the grassed area before 7.30am. Only food truck vehicles are permitted to remain on the grassed area.
- Vehicle movement on the grassed area for pack up will not be allowed until 1pm. No exceptions. Stall holders are welcome to pack up and walk belongings to their vehicles.
- All stalls are to be set up within the boundaries of site measurements. Standard sites are 4m x 4m to accommodate marquee or tent (supplied by stall holder).
- All marquees must be secured on all four posts. For example, weights, sand bags, pegs and/or guy ropes.
- Displays and signage must be adequately secured and remain within your boundary.
- No power is provided by the market organisers. If you are using your own generator, please ensure that all power cords and electrical equipment are in good condition, well insulated, tagged and positioned to avoid tripping.
- All food handling and safety regulations must be followed. e.g. sanitising facilities, temperature control and correct labelling.
- Food handling certificate and RSA certificate must be on display if applicable.
- LPG cylinders – ensure they do not exceed 10 years of the stamped test date.
- All stallholders must have their own public liability insurance of no less than $10 million and supply a copy to market organisers when first registering.
- The market is an all-weather event and fees are non-refundable.
- The market can only be cancelled by the committee if conditions are deemed to be dangerous. In the event of a cancellation your stall fee will be transferred to the next market date.
- All stallholders have different requirements when setting up & packing down, please be patient & considerate with each other and respect the space you have been allocated and the neighbours you will be working alongside on the day.
- Clean up: please remove all rubbish from your site to dispose of elsewhere as we are very limited with bins.
- Committee has the right to approve or reject any application.
